As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
This email will contain your order number which you can use to track your order.
How can I return and/or replace the goods?
If you want to return an item, please follow the steps described below in order to facilitate a smooth processing of your returned item.
Complete our return form and simply return it to us. The form can be find together with your invoice in the mailing bag of your package or can be filled out on online here.
As soon as we receive the return form, you will receive the parcel label to return your goods via email within 2-3 working days. Please print out the parcel label and attach it to the package.
You can then agree your pick-up time with your preferred logistics provider and send the item back to us.
