Designed by Lucie Koldova, the Brokis Whistle Set SSM pendant light takes its name and inspiration from the traditional glassmaker’s blowpipe, translating this craft heritage into a clean, technical silhouette. Its transparent glass body frames a focused spotlight, distinguished by a hand-pressed metal reflector that adds a precise industrial accent. The exposed textile cable runs visibly through the glass, reinforcing the design’s understated character and highlighting its carefully considered construction.

The set comprises two small and one medium pendant, creating a balanced arrangement above dining tables, kitchen islands or counters. Glass shades are available in transparent, smoke grey, smoke brown or opaline finishes, complemented by a choice of metal reflectors and textile cable colors. Lucie Koldova

Lucie Koldova is a celebrated Czech designer renowned for her work in product and furniture design, particularly in lighting. Her collaboration with the lighting brand Brokis began in 2010 with the creation of the iconic Muffins and Balloons collections, which she designed during her time in Paris. Since 2014, Koldova has served as Brokis's art director, where her creative vision has significantly influenced the brand’s identity and product range. In 2018, Koldova gained international recognition as the first Czech designer invited to create the Das Haus installation for imm cologne. This prestigious showcase featured her distinctive lighting collections, including Puro Sparkle, Ivy, Big One, and Jack O’Lantern, each exemplifying her mastery in blending artistic elegance with functional design. Known for her innovative approach, Koldova’s work with Brokis and beyond highlights her ability to marry bold aesthetics with thoughtful craftsmanship, making her a leading figure in contemporary design.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer. For each item, you can find the estimated delivery time on its product page. Please note that these timelines are provided by our suppliers and are only estimates. While we always aim to meet them, Luminesy cannot be held responsible for delays or any costs that may result from such delays.

When you receive your order, please check it immediately for any damage and report it back to us within 48 hours, so in the unlikely case it has been damaged during shipping, we can claim compensation and send you a replacement.

For some particularly large or bulky items that exceed regular shipping size limits, the precise shipping cost can be harder to estimate in advance. These orders are shipped with a special carrier, depending on the destination.
