LZF Dune S 120 Pendant Light, THE AMORPHOUS LIGHT

LZF Dune S 120 Pendant Light is a sculptural light whose shape is intriguingly amorphous. Designed by Madrid-based Mayice Studio, the Dune by LZF lamps is a single piece of hand-blown borosilicate glass, enveloping a wood veneer diffuser with a seedpod-like opening on one side.
The glass is hand-blown by Eduardo Garuti, an accomplished artisan. With mastery and great dexterity, Garuti is able to reveal the natural beauty found in glass.
Dune’s distinctive shape is made up of two symmetrical ends, and an irregular, bulb-shaped centre. The wood veneer diffuser houses the lamp’s dimmable LED light source, and downward light from the seedpod-like opening is softened by the glass.

Luminesy took 3 full months to fulfill my order for this fixture. When it came, the box (which contained a very expensive glass light fixture) was splitting open at the seams. The fixture, from manufacturer LZF, did not include the "canopy" which should also include the compatible LED driver, it did not contain installation instructions (which also were not available from LZF or Luminesy online), it did not contain even remotely usable installation hardware. Luminesy has done absolutely nothing to resolve these issues, despite months of back-and-forth.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and I'm truly sorry for the challenges you've faced with your order. We aim to provide excellent service and it's disappointing to hear that we fell short in your case.

Regarding the delay in receiving your fixture, we understand how frustrating this must have been. While factors like manufacturing, logistics, and customs can sometimes be unpredictable, it doesn't lessen the inconvenience you experienced, and for that, I apologize.

I also want to address the missing canopy and installation components. We always advise our customers to check their shipments upon arrival to ensure all parts are included and in good condition. Since there was a significant delay between when the box was received and when you opened it (1 year later), it became challenging for us and the manufacturer, LZF, to verify the missing pieces after such a long time.

Even so, we want to help resolve this issue. We were ready to cover the shipping costs for the canopy, but unfortunately, LZF requires an additional payment for the item itself due to the elapsed time. We understand this may feel unfair, and we’re here to assist in any way we can to make the process smoother for you.

What is the estimated delivery time?
