By stretching fine, technical threads under rigorous alignment between structural aluminium rings, Yamac sculpts a majestic volume that challenges traditional lighting geometry.
Offered in 7 distinct sizes and a refined palette of Beige, Terra Red, and Green, its layered thread patterns generate a captivating visual vibration. Handcrafted to evoke a deep emotional response, this installation is crafted from aluminium, brass, polycarbonate and flame-retardant polyester. The fixture masterfully pairs a direct downlight component with a diffuse upward wash, subtly enveloping its setting to cultivate human wellbeing.

Umut Yamac is a London-based architect and designer whose work bridges architecture, craft and storytelling. With a background in architecture, he approaches lighting as a medium that shapes atmosphere, movement and human experience. His designs are characterised by refined simplicity, sculptural forms and meticulous attention to detail, often drawing inspiration from nature, rituals and the interaction between light and material. Working across furniture, lighting and installation design, Yamac has collaborated with leading international brands, including Vibia, where he designed the acclaimed Array lighting collection. His work has been exhibited internationally and recognised for its ability to combine technical innovation with emotional expression. Through a thoughtful balance of form, material and light, Umut Yamac creates contemporary designs that enrich architectural spaces with elegance, warmth and a distinctive sense of identity.
